Hi, I'm Melissa Armour, but you can call me Mel!
Soft skills can be hard to describe sometimes. A while back, I was given the title “corpus callosum,” the part of the brain that helps the left and right hemispheres communicate. It definitely looked odd on a business card, but translating ideas across different disciplines was one of those things, so we went with it.
Over the past 25 years in operations and project management across a wide range of industries, I’ve discovered that supporting small businesses is where I feel most at home. I love the variety, the energy, the passion, and even the messy bits of making things happen. Your Right Hand Mel felt like the perfect next step for me. I’m all about helping people shine, and I’m happiest out of the spotlight. A behind-the-scenes support warrior, if you will.
It’s probably no surprise that I love puzzles. I’m also a creator and a maker (with plenty of supplies to show for it!). I love both the sand and the snow, quiet river views and the electric energy of a big city, and most of all, the adventure and inspiration of travel. Along the way, I collect heart rocks :)
